The Registration Fee includes:

  • Welcome drink on Sunday evening 17 September 2023

  • Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening (19 September 2023)

If you require an invitation letter for VISA application or payment receipts you have to perform your registration. The invitation letter will be e-mailed after receipt of payment of the conference registration fee.

The terms apply to conference tickets and social event tickets booked via the registration site.


Early bird pricing is in place until 15 July 2023.
From 4 September 2023 a Late Booking Price will be in place.
No cash payment will be accepted.
Full payment for your booking must be received prior to the event.
All rates shown include VAT.
Cancellations must be received in writing to  epcos2023.imm@artov.imm.cnr.it.

  • Received on or before 20 August 2023: Full Refund (minus 50,00€ administration charge)
  • Received on or after 4 September 2023: 50% Refund (minus 50,00€ administration charge)
  • Received on or after 5 September 2023: No refund.
