Guidelines for oral presentations: The slide size format that should be used is 16:9. A Windows-based presentation computer will be employed. Speakers should upload their presentations through the link they are provided at least one day before their session. Alternatively, they can upload them directly to the presentation computer via USB stick. Use of own laptop is discouraged. Presenters who use their laptop must bring their HDMI or VGA plugs/adaptors to connect it to the projector.

Guidelines for poster presentations: Posters
should be in A0 format with portrait orientation, i.e., poster dimensions should be 841mm wide and 1189mm high (33.1 inches x 46.8 inches). It is recommended that you print your poster before you travel. Onsite printing will not be available. Electrical outlets will not be provided in the poster presentation area. 
Note: Italian plugs and sockets are defined by the standard CEI 23-50.

Sunday 17 September:

The Social Activity will include a guided tour (3 hours) of the Colosseum and Imperial Forums, from 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. Subscriptions will be open again next week. We recommend wearing sneakers and a hat to be protected against sunshine and hot weather.

Welcome drink and Registration - from 7.00 to 9.00 p.m. at The Apartment bar Roma (rooftop), recommended Metro Station: Castro Pretorio (Metro line B).
